Meet the founder:

Benjamin Tran is the creative director and founder of Tran Creative, an innovative visual communication design studio located in beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene, North Idaho. Ben received his B.F.A. from the Visual Communication Design Program that only accepted about 20 applicants per year at the University of California State Long Beach. Ben has worked on projects for Nissan, Pepsi, Toshiba, Frito Lay, Disney, H.E.B. (Texas), the Port of Long Beach, Torrance Memorial Hospital, Malaga Bank, Downtown Long Beach Associates, Viking Homes and many more. Most notably, in April 2006, he was in Hong Kong to work on a new design for Pepsi with Landor, a top-notch worldwide branding firm. Ben also worked with Nissan on the 2007 Nissan Sentra Campaign in Los Angeles. In 2004, he was in San Francisco (with Landor) to work on the new packaging design for Doritos. In the same year, Ben also worked with H.E.B. in San Antonio, Texas to come up with a new product packaging design. Prior to Tran Creative, Ben founded and operated Ben Tran Graphic Design in Southern California. His clients are now located all over the United States. Ben teaches graphic design at North Idaho College starting in the Summer of 2007. He is also a husband, and a father of two boys.

Transform

Transcend

-to rise above or go beyond; to exceed: to transcend the limits of thoughts; Ex.: Ideas and design solutions that transcend above and beyond the ordinary and mediocrity.

Transparent

-that which is transparent allows objects to be seen clearly through it: Clear water is transparent. Ex.: A beautiful design with a unique and clear concept will be transparent to the target audience.
